3 Effective Ways to Deal with Instagram Overwhelm

Hey Reader,

This Friday I’ll break down the two key questions that will move you from overthinking your Instagram posts to being confident when you hit “post” in our live class (register here). But for now I wanted to share 3 super simple tips that can help take the overwhelm out of posting for your business on Instagram.

✨ Plan Posts In Advance
A lot of work up front but totally worth the effort. Creating a content calendar will let you stay a step ahead. Plan a week, month, several months or even a year of posts you can schedule out and make minor tweaks to. When you don’t have to think about what to post on the daily your mind will be free to explore creative ideas and more. This is how I work with clients.

✨ Use Scheduling Tools
It’s super helpful to schedule your predetermined posts ahead of time, so you’re free to spend your new found time on whatever your heart desires...which will probably be to cross another item off that ever growing to - do list. Getting posts scheduled and out of the way will give you time to do one of the most overlooked and time consuming social media tasks - actually engaging with your audience. I usually plan and schedule about a month’s worth of content for each of my clients ahead of time.

and last but not least…

✨ Decide Your Specific Instagram Goals
Getting clarity around where you take your Instagram marketing next will move you out of the space of overthinking and overwhelm. Having clarity can make you money, get you leads and followers on Instagram quickly. I urge you to take a step back and think about what your purpose for posting is.
